Refund Policy

This policy applies to Apimeshpoint consulting engagements: workshops, written cohort reviews, acquisition compares, and reporting retainers. It does not cover third-party software licenses or products we do not sell.

Eligibility

Refunds are available when we cancel an engagement, when we fail to deliver the agreed written scope within a mutually extended timeline, or when a deposit is paid and the engagement is cancelled under the windows below. Change-of-mind refunds after work has substantially begun are not available.

Timeframe

Refund requests must be emailed to hello@apimeshpoint.digital within 14 days of the charge or invoice payment date, or within 7 days of a missed delivery date stated in the statement of work—whichever applies.

Full and partial refunds

Full refund: If we have not started analysis or workshop preparation, or if we cancel for our own reasons, you receive 100% of fees paid for that engagement.

Partial refund: If preparation or analysis has started but deliverables are incomplete, we refund the unused portion after deducting documented hours at the engagement rate, with a minimum deduction of 25% of the engagement fee once kickoff materials have been exchanged.

Non-refundable items

Completed deliverables (final briefs, annotated packs, recorded walkthroughs already held), third-party data costs you authorized in writing, and travel booked at your request are non-refundable.

Deposits

Workshops and reviews may require a deposit to reserve dates. Deposits are credited toward the final fee. Deposits become non-refundable within 5 business days of the scheduled start once preparation has begun, except when we cancel.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may reschedule a workshop once at no charge with at least 5 business days’ notice. Later cancellations forfeit the deposit. Retention reviews and compares may be paused by mutual agreement; fees for work already performed remain due.

No-shows

If key attendees miss a confirmed workshop without 24 hours’ notice, the session is considered delivered for refund purposes. We may offer a shortened makeup session at our discretion.

Work already started

Once we receive credentials or extracts and begin cohort construction, fees for time spent are earned. Unused retainer hours in the current month may be refunded pro rata if you cancel the retainer with 10 business days’ written notice before the next billing date; prior months are not refunded.

Purchased materials

Printed materials or specialized datasets purchased specifically for your engagement with prior approval are billed at cost and are non-refundable once ordered.

Refund process and timing

Email hello@apimeshpoint.digital with your invoice number, engagement name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval. Bank processing times may vary.

Exceptions

Statutory rights under Thai consumer law remain unaffected where they apply. Custom statements of work may supersede this policy when both parties sign alternate refund terms.
